We are focused on ensuring that the people in our care are supported in a safe, secure, comfortable and caring environment.

We are determined to preserve the dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users and do this in a manner which is sensitive to their ever-changing needs.

We encourage family, friends and social workers to be involved in the planning of care and the setting of achievable outcomes.

We see the holistic care needs of each service user as central to their physical and mental well being, as is their cultural, spiritual, emotional and social well being.

We pursue these objectives through programmes of support, therapy and activities designed to improve or maintain levels of independence, physical, psychological and social well-being.

As part of our philosophy of care we have six core values – Privacy, Dignity, Independence, Choice, Rights and Fulfilment. These values are reflected in the care we provide for our service users on a daily basis.
