What makes Southern Cross Care Homes Special?

It is the aim of every one of our care homes to provide an environment in which our services users can feel truly safe and comfortable.

Many of our care homes are purpose built with dining and lounge facilities where both service users and their families can relax. Individual en-suite rooms are tastefully furnished with plenty of scope for each service user to make their rooms their own.

The vast majority of our care homes have landscaped gardens, which are a great source of enjoyment in the summer months and often a focus for activities. There is always something going on in our homes whether it is art classes, music or celebrations. Activities programmes are a cornerstone of our holistic approach to care.

We tailor our care to meet each service user’s specific needs and wishes, ensuring best practice and research are part of our demanding quality standards. Our people are key to the care we offer and we focus considerable resources on training our staff to deliver our exacting care standards.
