Respite Care

Encouraging wordsWe recognise there is often a very significant burden for carers.

Respite care is helpful for individuals who need a short break away from their home. Alternatively, they may be uncertain about moving into a care home permanently or require convalescence following hospital treatment.

Many of our care centres can provide care for a short period of time, providing a much needed break for carers.

Rooms may often be set aside for short term admissions. Service users are given the opportunity to socialise amongst new friends and to enjoy a high quality of service.

Periods of respite care are normally one to two weeks, but this may vary according to individual needs and circumstances. It is the aim of all care centres to provide a home from home environment, and a sincere welcome will be offered to every person in our care.
